All orders take between 2-3 working days from the date of collection. Please note public holidays may affect these hours.
Please note that once we have sent balls and given the tracking, the responsibility lies in your hands to ensure you are aware where the courier is and when it will arrive.
Returns and Refunds
• You must notify Round 2 Golf of the return within 7 days of purchasing the goods.
• We will only process a return and a refund if you notify us at jason.round2golf@gmail.com or on our WhatsApp line at +27 71 935 5612.
Round 2 Golf will then ask you to take photos of the damaged goods and send them to us.
• You are liable for returning the item at your own cost if the item is returned due to you simply not wanting the item or if the item is not up to your standards.
• Once the shipment has been made, a full refund will be made within 7- 14 working days of receiving the product.
